Booked Estimate Engine provides information about a done-for-you lead-response, follow-up, qualification, and appointment-booking system for eligible residential home-service businesses.

The website is provided for informational and business-inquiry purposes. It is not an offer to provide services to every visitor or applicant.

No guarantee of results

Information on this website, including calculator outputs, examples, workflows, illustrations, and descriptions of potential outcomes, is for general informational and illustrative purposes only.

Actual results depend on many factors, including lead quality, lead volume, response times, client participation, marketing sources, service area, pricing, sales execution, market conditions, staffing, technology configuration, and other circumstances outside our control.

We do not guarantee revenue, booked estimates, booked appointments, closed jobs, response times, conversion rates, business outcomes, or any other result.

Lead Response Check

The 5-Minute Lead Response Check is a lightweight preliminary review intended to help us understand a business’s potential fit and identify possible lead-response or follow-up gaps.

It is not a full CRM audit, legal review, marketing audit, technical assessment, or guarantee that Booked Estimate Engine will be suitable for your business. We may decline, limit, or discontinue a Lead Response Check at our discretion.

Services and client agreements

Specific service scope, fees, setup requirements, implementation timelines, recurring charges, messaging or phone usage costs, third-party software costs, support obligations, cancellation rights, confidentiality terms, data-processing terms, and any refund terms are governed only by a separate written agreement executed by the client and Million Dollar Brands LLC.

Submitting a website form, requesting a Lead Response Check, scheduling a conversation, receiving information, or communicating with us does not create a client relationship, agency relationship, partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or obligation to provide services.

Third-party platforms and integrations

Our services may use or connect with third-party platforms, including systems for communications, messaging, calling, calendars, CRM, lead capture, analytics, automation, and scheduling.

References to third-party products, names, logos, or examples are for informational or compatibility context only. Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, they do not imply partnership, endorsement, affiliation, certification, guaranteed compatibility, or native integration.

Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms, pricing, availability, policies, and service levels. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, data loss, messaging deliverability, carrier filtering, platform limitations, or changes outside our control.

Messaging compliance

Clients using Booked Estimate Engine are responsible for ensuring their lead sources, forms, messaging practices, customer communications, policies, and consent records comply with applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, and platform rules.

This includes obtaining any required consent before sending marketing communications by text message, email, phone, or other channels.

Booked Estimate Engine may require proof of consent practices, may restrict certain workflows, and may suspend or decline implementation where we believe use could create legal, carrier, platform, or reputational risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website or services to:

• Violate applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights
• Transmit harmful code, spam, fraudulent content, or misleading information
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or networks

• Use the website or services for unlawful communications or prohibited marketing activity

Intellectual property

The website, branding, text, graphics, workflows, templates, designs, and other content made available by Booked Estimate Engine are owned by or licensed to Million Dollar Brands LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability
